Maintenance Guide

How to Care For
Your Airdog

Airdog's washable TPA® filter system means zero replacement costs — ever. A 5-minute rinse every 2–4 weeks is all it takes to keep your unit performing at 100%.

♻️
Did you know the average HEPA filter is equivalent to 70 unrecyclable plastic bags?
With Airdog, our filters are completely reusable and sustainable — forever.
Smart Notification
Your unit tells you when to clean.

With air quality conditions in the Philippines, we recommend cleaning once a month — or whenever your unit alerts you.

Airdog cleaning schedule
The "C" Alert
When the "C" mark appears on your unit's display, it's time to clean. Simply follow the steps below for your model — it takes less than 5 minutes.

Conventional HEPA air purifiers require filter replacement every 3–6 months. With proper care and maintenance of your Airdog unit, there is no need for periodic filter replacements — ever. The TPA® collecting plates last the entire lifetime of the unit.

🛑
Important: Keep your Airdog away from humidifiers. Excess moisture in the air can reduce filtration efficiency and may cause issues with the ionizer.
Filter Components
Not all filters are washable.

Each filter component requires a different care method. Follow these guidelines carefully to protect your unit.

Collecting Plate
The main TPA® stainless-steel plates that collect particles. These can be fully submerged and washed.
